When purchasing new decorations for fall look for items in solid colors. Specifically in Orange or Red so that you can leave them displayed from the back to school season through Thanksgiving.
Bonus Tip: Red is a great color to invest in when it comes to seasonal home decor as long as the item is a basic, plain item (table cloth, napkins, door mat etc.) Red can be used for Fall, Christmas, Valentine's Day and the 4th of July which helps to stretch the decorating dollar. K.
